About
Research coverage without the hype.
Rebound Science follows the newest work in peptide science, athletic performance, recovery, beauty and healthy aging — then explains what each finding actually supports, and where it stops.
How it works
- 1. Scan. Every morning we sweep a curated set of research-focused publications for newly posted studies and reports.
- 2. Rewrite. Each item is written up fresh in our own words — original framing, no copied phrasing, no invented studies.
- 3. Review. Nothing publishes automatically. Every piece is read and approved by a human editor before it goes live.
What we cover
Peptides and their proposed mechanisms, recovery physiology and sleep, training and performance, metabolic and hormonal health, skin and tissue repair, and the longevity literature — including the parts that fail to replicate.
Editorial standards
- Every article links back to the source it was built from.
- Preclinical results are labeled as preclinical. Animal data is labeled as animal data.
- We do not recommend compounds for personal use or provide dosing protocols.
- We link to suppliers for research purposes only.
- Corrections are made in place when we get something wrong.
Not medical advice
Everything here is educational coverage of published research. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
Who's behind it
Rebound Science is founded and edited by Dr. Bradley Morris, DC — a functional medicine practitioner with 26 years in practice working on recovery, metabolic health and healthy aging. He reviews every guide and article before it publishes, checking each claim against the cited research.
